Frequency 219 is three guys from Ottawa bringing an acoustic pulse to the rock music that stuck with us.
The setup is simple: two acoustic guitars, a cajon, and vocals. The feel is not. We aim for the place where a stripped-down arrangement still has weight: the chorus lands, the groove moves, and the edges stay a little scuffed.
It is music for people who remember when these songs first came through car speakers, basement stereos, and crowded bars, played now with a few more miles and a lot less pretending.
